Coach Erica's Availability

Erica is the Head of Player Development and Coaching Coordinator at MW Power. She has an extensive volleyball background, which includes competing at the high school, club, and collegiate levels. Erica earned All-Area awards in high school and was also an All-America at the collegiate level. Erica went on to earn her Exercise Science degree from MN State University - Moorhead. After earning her degree, Erica moved to the St. Cloud area to begin her career as a JO/Club volleyball coach. Shortly after beginning MWP, Erica was offered the opportunity to join her collegiate rival and become the Head Volleyball Coach at Ridgewater College where she coached for 2 seasons before deciding to put her full-time commitment into coaching at MWP. Erica has 15+ years of coaching experience, which includes personal lessons to youth and collegiate players. She also oversees and directs all teams in our program.
