Coach Erica

Erica is the Head of Player Development and Coaching Coordinator at MW Power. She has an extensive volleyball background, which includes competing at the high school, club, and collegiate levels. Erica earned All-Area awards in high school and was also an All-America at the collegiate level. Erica went on to earn her Exercise Science degree from MN State University - Moorhead. After earning her degree, Erica moved to the St. Cloud area and decided to start MWP with her husband, Jason. Shortly after beginning MWP, Erica was offered the opportunity to join her collegiate rival and become the Head Volleyball Coach at Ridgewater College where she coached for 2 seasons before deciding to put her full-time commitment into coaching at MWP. Erica has 16+ years of coaching experience, which includes personal lessons to youth and collegiate players. She also oversees and directs all teams in our club program.​

Coach Courtney

Courtney began playing volleyball in 4th grade and continued throughout high school, primarily competing as an outside hitter. Prior to joining Midwest Power, she coached at Princeton JO Volleyball and has now spent 4 seasons coaching with MWP at the 14's - 17's levels. Dedicated to continual growth as a coach, Courtney regularly attends coaching clinics and has worked -- and continues to work -- with the NCR High Performance program. She is passionate about sharing her love for this game with the next generation of athletes and finds great fulfillment in watching players develop not only their volleyball skills, but also their confidence, teamwork, and character throughout the season.
