QUEENS SUMMER LEAGUE

6th Annual QUEENS LEAGUE. The purpose of making this a 4 vs 4 league is to encourage players to play "out of position" and have fun playing this game as an all-around athlete.
4 on 4 play helps players step out of the comfort zone of a 6-player court and challenges them to excel at three key components of the game:
1. Problem Solving
2. Reading Opponents
3. Succeeding at Out of System Play
Players will choose their own teams to compete with over the course of 8 weeks. No player can compete on more than one team. No player can participate without registering. The league will consist of 6 weeks of pool play matches, and the last 2 weeks will be a bracket tournament.

While the time slot shows 5:00pm - 9:40pm, teams will have 2 matches scheduled back-to-back within that window per night. The goal is to earn the crown and bragging rights!

*Each player must register individually and use their created team name. Please put the same Team Name to allow us to match you with the correct team.
Great opportunity for girls to have fun this summer with anyone they may know in high school who plays volleyball. All teams are formed by players (teammates may be from your high school, another high school, or any club/JO).
*MWP Coaches will act as referees.
Teams can expect to play 2 matches per night, with a 40-minute time limit per match.

ROSTER: Each team roster MUST have a minimum of 5 players and a maximum of 8 players (no exceptions). Player must be entering grades 9th - 12th during the Fall of 2026. This is a female only league.

REGISTRATION: Will close Friday, May 29th, at 11:00 pm or when the league reaches its maximum number of teams. All players must be registered before then (no exceptions).

COST: $70/Athlete
**Payments must be made upon registration. To hold your spot, you must complete your payment for registration to submit fully. When you get to the PayPal screen, select "Check out as Guest" to use a credit card.
PRIZE:
T-shirts will be given to QL Champions only. The winning team will be featured on our website and social media. You will also earn bragging rights until next summer!
